    • What we collect: Two photographs that you voluntarily upload. Our AI analyzes these images for facial geometry and features.

    • Purpose: This data is the essential input required for our AI to generate a new, unique baby image.

  • 3.3. Transaction Information

    • What we collect: We do not collect or store your financial details. Our third-party payment processors (Stripe for web, Apple/Google for mobile apps) handle all transactions. We only receive a confirmation that a payment has been made.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Our AI models and application are hosted on secure servers. While your photos are processed on this infrastructure, they are protected by strict security and confidentiality agreements. Our provider for this service is located in Germany (EU).

  • User-Provided Parent Photos: Are permanently and irretrievably deleted from our live systems immediately after the AI baby image has been successfully generated.

  • Generated AI Baby Photos: Are stored for on secure servers in Germany (EU) for downloading by our users.

  • Email Address & Order Information: Is retained for a longer period to handle customer support inquiries and for financial record-keeping but will be deleted upon your request via our data deletion process.
